An excellent pan.,
Bought this pan a couple of months ago and love it. It is heavy, but the non stick coating is excellent, and it’s size means it’s excellent for stir fries, risottos, prebrowning meat etc.

|Non-stick frypan that works, and lasts,
I have an older Analon non-stick frying pan which I bought about 7 or 8 years ago on the basis on a favourable review in the Australian version of “Which?” magazine. It’s been in constant use, and only over the past year or two has it lost some of its non-stick properties (but not all, and without any obvious damage to the coating). The new pan is even more solidly built, though of course a bit heavier, and gives immediate and even heat transfer. Nothing sticks to it now, and if my previous experience holds true, I’ll still be frying eggs and bacon in it in 2020!

This is a high quality frying pan that was worth every penny. Cooking with is is so much better than with our old cheap frying pan. It conducts heat amazingly and as it is non stick it needs very little oil. Perfect steaks in this pan!
