The Lid shattered in the oven after about a fortnight. I shan’t be buying another.

I have had these glass cookware items for years and am so pleased that they can be replaced. This one litre size is particularly good for two people. It is also extremely useful to be able to take them off the stove and straight into a sinkful of cold water when they have been emptied. I just wish they still made the saucepans with handles!!

|Good to see Pyroflam back at last!,
I love my Pyroflam casseroles and dishes, the only things that go in the oven, on the hob or in the microwave. They’re easy to clean too, after a little soak if necessary. This small one is just the right size for a two-person family. At £15 this wasn’t cheap, but no other dish is as versatile.
I hope that one day they’ll find a way to make the lids equally indestructible – if you drop them they shatter. I have more casseroles than lids!
It would also be nice if they made the dishes in colours so they would look better on the table.
